"The Power of Perspective"

Today is the beginning of my adventure. I'm going to be traveling to Portugal and then flying to Zurich. It is a new experience for me. Everything I'm about to see is nothing like where I've come from. So far so good. I'm going to miss the people I'm leaving behind. I'm going to miss them so much. It's going to be a very long time until I see them again. I may be heading to a far away place, but that doesn't mean I'm not coming back. It just means I have to take a rain check on any plans that may come up. This trip has a rather complicated mission statement. The objective of this trip is to learn about myself. To grow as a person. To learn how to appreciate the small things that are a part of my every day life and to find that base in my voice. The point of this trip is that there is no point. This trip is only what I make it. nothing more, nothing less. what comes next is bigger than anything I will ever encounter. Wish me luck!
